I'll Set a Trap for Psycho first. Although now that I think about it, it could be Shaggy. Or Gabby. oh well!

Then I'll Scooby Doors to the Gift Shop I guess, I don't want to get caught in anything at the stage and I don't have a card to get evidence anyways.

 Inside the furnace are the burned remains of several bags with ‘elephant body parts’ written on them. Since the culprit needed to carry the body around separately, they must not have been that strong. That’s it! The elephant shambler is skinny!
