Yeah, thing is I'm not going to get anywhere running after people and hoping I can Rampage at them. Rampage doesn't have the reach that Make a Scene did, and besides I'm really going to need to catch multiple people at once. Even then, who knows if I can actually do enough damage, especially when Raise Morale can outpace me.

In that case I'd like to do that then, please. Using Punishing Blow on a single target isn't worth much, and I'm much more interested in trying to sneak up on the parking lot gang.
