It's funny, I see pink art glass salts and think of Nancy V. Not her favorite color but she has so many pinks I relate them to her.

Ooh, Lynda, that apricot colored salt is like mine that I really love. It's posted way down at # 16. I don't think you have to call it a marriage when you put an art glass salt into a holder that fits. I am always thrilled when I find an extra holder. I switch my salts around in various holders all the time.

Lots of neat ones, Linda. I think I'd try putting that lovely English flower from your first photo into the holder you like, final post at 141. If it fits, both would look great. The little orange salt with the narrow grooves doesn't really need a holder.

Love almost anything cranberry, and that last one is smashing! I've had that melon shape only in clear or white opalescent.

I was really into selling back in the 90's, loved finding good salts cheap and selling high. It was almost a game to see how much profit I could make. Many people didn't know what salts were, or which ones were highly valued by collectors. Of course I kept salts that I especially liked, often bought a pair, sold one, kept one.

Salt I sold not long ago. I wasn't fond of it because of its flat profile.

Shows some of the iridescence better.

Irridescent white salt, purchased in England. I bought a pair from an acquaintance of Linda Kelsey and gave one to Linda in thanks. She was a seller, not a collector, and she got a nice price for it. It's difficult to show the iridescence and resultant rainbow colors.

I think I've remarked before that there seem to be more pink art glass in holders than any other color.

I'm trying to post just a few a day so I can last til the end of the month. I have over 1,000 pictures I have to wade thru to get to what I want for posting. Wish I had a better system. This is a double intaglio.

Judy, nice to have little men around to hold things up for you. Lololol, That's a neat salt.
One thing this monthly topic makes me do is take pictures of my salts. I'm going to have to get going for this topic.
Monot Stumpf in holder. Joan should be familiar with this one. Thank you Joan.

I need a stand for this one. Funny how hard it is to find extra stands. You would think they would outlast the glass pieces.

Odd shade of glass makes it look like a flower. It doesn't really tilt, just my photo skills, or lack of.

Here are some of my art glass salts in stands. I know I'm missing pictures of a couple of yellow ones.

This apricot colored is one of my favs.

I have a pink one, but it's missing three of the stones around the base. I have kept it because the pink bowl is so pretty.

Oh my goodness. Some of these I've never seen. Jan, #8 and 10...WOW. I have #6 but mine is in horrible shape. Nancy D and V, love the art glass in holders. Too pretty.
This is one of my favorites. I have no idea of origin but I love it. I am trying to find it in other colors.
