Can a rural carrier that is on workers' comp. try to transfer to a professional job that is not so physical and falls under the work restrictions?

When I was first hired as an RCA, I was told that an RCA, when given at least 24-hours notice, is obligated to carry for his/her primary route. Over 5 years later, my supervisor and a clerk recently called me into the office, where they told me that I am obligated to carry any route for which they schedule me to work. They said that if I refuse to carry any route for which they schedule me to work, then I will be written up. After three write-ups, then I will be fired. I am currently only interested in performing the minimal requirements of my job (i.e., I do not want to substitute on routes other than my primary) because I am a full-time college student. I have had to skip classes several times because of work. Is what I was told true? If an RCA is scheduled to carry a route that is NOT the RCA's primary route, is the RCA obligated to carry that route? Or, can the RCA decline to carry all routes except the primary (without being penalized)?

I left USPS employment in 2010, approximately 14 years early. I deferred retirement until age 62 at that point. Can someone point me in the direction of how to find out what my projected retirement will be? Thanks for any information.

Is it written somewhere how long management has to approve a 3971. I thought after 3 days if it's not retuned to me that it is automatically approved?

Per our newest contract, aren't we supposed to receive retroactive pay for COLA as well as a standard rate increase effective with the contract start date. If so, when do we get this?
