I am currently reading Dare You Too by Katie McGarry, I am on page 250 out off 355.

In the book Dare You To decency is all throughout the book and you can spot it really easily. One of the main characters named Ryan shows lots of decency when he's around Beth. He show her compassion and listens to everything she's says. He understands her in every way and she can see that he is the one for her. Ryan only shows Beth decency and no one else know who Ryan really is. Seeing this we can see that Ryan will be the on to show Beth everything from being a good boyfriend to being her best friend.

1. I'm reading Percy Jackson: The Battle of The Labyrinth. It's 361 pages and I'm on page 117.

2. National Underground America Day: This actually relates to my book. The labyrinth is a huge maze from Greek times. In the book, the maze is underground. The whole maze is under America. They have to be really careful and they can't let the Labyrinth make them go crazy.

I just finished Inexcusable by Chris Lynch. It was 165 pages long.

In my book, the main character, Kier, is being accused of date raping his girlfriend, Gigi. Decency is about respecting and understanding other people's morals. I think this book has a lot of the opposite of that because obviously she didn't want to or it didn't match up with her morals and Kier didn't understand or respect that. Kier says he didn't rape her because they were dating. But Gigi says even though they are dating, she still said no. He not only created a rapist of himself but he also hurt his relationship with Gigi.

I am currently reading The Champion's Mind by Jim Afremow. Im on page 54 of 243.

In my book it talks about the mindset you must acquire to be successful and become a champion. The Chicago Cubs are a very good example of what it looks like when you have a champions mindset. The Cubs have struggled in past that but in the past 5 years have made a comeback as a team finishing in the top ranks of the MLB each year. The Cubs organization shows examples of what it looks like to have a champion's mindset due to the fact that they struggled for so long but never gave up and eventually achieved greatness.

I am currently reading The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks. I am on page 251 of 326.

In my book there are some heath issues. The main characters grandmother has fallen ill in the past month. This character plays a huge role in the book. She is always the secret keeper, and the loving grandma we always hear about. I really hope this character doesn't fall more ill because of how much of a sunshine character she is. but overall I really really love this book.!!

I am currently reading Salem Falls by Jodi Picoult and I am on page 324 of 514.

Today is decency day and in a way I think that relates to this book. Jodi Picoult writes by telling all here characters stories and point of views. Jack St. Bride is a registered sex offender, but when she tells his story he sounds just as normal as anyone else. He was just in a bad situation that makes everyone treat him poorly without even knowing his story. This relates to decency day because I think the characters in this book need to have a better understanding of Jack's situation before they judge him.

I am reading Friday Night Lights by H.G. Bissinger. I am on page 172 of 408.

Compassion has a lot to do with the chapters I read today. Odessa High School is on their 4th game winning streak this year and the score is tied and the tensions are high. The coach calls a time out and the quarterback is absolutely drained. The coach doesn't do much about it so they go on with the game. 10 seconds left in the 4th quarter and the Odessa Panthers have the ball and they snap it and the quarter back--Jerrod McDougall-- got hit so hard that he had to get lifted off the field by an ambulance. 21,456 fans to be exact all watch Jerrod go to the ground. The coach the next practice was talking to the players about how they should "show privacy" to Jerrod as he recovers and gets strong again.

I am currently reading The Boy Who Couldn't Die" by William Seator. Today I read to page 102 of 173.

In my book their is lots about water. Ken went on a trip to the Caribbean and went diving. He met one of the diving instructors and they are good friends. In New York its is snowy. When they go to Dunwich it is also snowy. They must dive under the ice in Dunwich to find Kens soul.

I am reading People Like us by Dana Male and I am on page 167 of 375.

Within my book, there are many opportunities to show decency withheld in my characters. This story is about a girl whom was found dead in a lake by a group of friends. These friends are being questioned by police, and they show some decency toward the death. Here's the catch, though, the dead girl set up a blackmail account towards the mani character, Kay, and Kay needs to finish assignments in less than 24 hours each in order for her secret to stay hidden. Decency is shown throughout the story as more evidence is brought up and more questioning is put into play.

I am reading Soccer Chick Rules and am on page 82 of 150.
It is kind of a stretch but I will be relating the baseball thing to sports. At Tess's school, they are threatening to get rid of sports all together. They must pass a vote to keep it or not. Tess loves all sports and must fight for that so she can continue to have fun. She works hard by talking to as many people as she can. Who knows if all her hard work and determination will work.

I am currently reading Nowhere But Here by Katie McGarry. I am on page 167 of 445 pages. I also finished another one of her books called Walk The Edge.

In my book there is a lot of people with illnesses. Olivia is a grandmother to the main character in my book, Emily. Emily has never known her dad. So one day her mom decided to take her to her hometown to meet her biological father. But throughout Emily jounrey, she becomes close to her grandmother. Olivia is really struggling to stay alive. So Emily does all she can to make the rest of her life full of adventure. Because Olivia never meet Emily before her mom took her to Florida. I am currently reading Autumn Falls by Bella Thorne. Today I stopped on page 131 out of 213.

May 14th is national dance like a chicken day. In my book they are currently at a school dance and that remind me of that. They just got done swing dancing and slow dancing. Normally at dances such as wedding dances, school dances, etc they play the chicken dance song. That is why I thought of this when they were having the dance.

I am currently reading The DH by John Feinstein and I am on page 183 of 293, so far the book has been really good and brings many memories back.

National Dance Like a Chicken Day

National Dance Like a Chicken Day relates a little to my book in some of the baseball games if they know there going to win the players in the outfield will start a dance and the dance will eventually get to the pitcher which then he will try to strike the batter out. They only do this when there is two outs and 2 strikes because it looks cooler when they all run off the filed doing there wired dance back to the dugout. There was one game when they started to dance and the batter was so confused he didn't even see the ball coming at him so he got struck out and they won the championship. After a few years of getting new players and the older ones leaving they stopped doing it because the team wasn't the best the next few years.

I just finished reading frost and I'm reading confessions of the first zombie slayer (that I know of) I'm on pg 63 of 301

I my book the main character is in a world of zombies and their is vary limited medicine in the world right now. with the living dead walking a round there are a lot of cases in which you can get sick or a simple cut can get infected and you would lose the finger, arm or leg. so the world is at an end and all is lost what now.

I'm reading Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. Im on page 191 of 371.

National Underground America Day relates very close to my book, which is set in the year 2045. There is a lack of power and natural resources and America is a modern day wasteland. After people realize they are past the point of no returns, they flee to the OASIS, a virtual reality game which very closely resembles a simulation of what America was. The OASIS is an underground America, which many people reside in and Live out their lives in, all while the normal America rots away. Wade is our main character and he is an Easter egg hunter, searching for the biggest prize of them all, the golden egg, which could give him 240 billion dollars and control over the oasis.
