Trix presses a button on the computer, and the players hear the main exit door creaking open. It seems they are now able to leave. They shrug- not like there's much left to door. Trix kicks the door open, and the players all fall out. On the other side of the door is a long set of corridors, which seems to start looking older and older as the players progress. After a while they hardly look like corridors, more like tunnels. Soon, the players reach a ladder and climb up with it to a trapdoor. They open it and...they're in the pod room? The door is open, so they all run out to the main hall.

"That's a relief..." Ben muttered.

"Weird about Abbot. He might've just been lyin' 'bout his mother, though. Not that it would explain anythin'; just another weird thing to dump on the pile o' weird things."

"Ahh... So they're in a prison or something. Seems like they are still working hard getting out. It sounds like Leeloo failed a puzzle and was temporarily unconscious. It also seems that they believe maybe Abbot was frozen in ice or at least that someone was from a long time ago reminds them of Abbot."

"I think we were told there are submarines to take us out or something similar. Which makes sense in retrospect of why Zero was saying it would be difficult to find this place again."

"I might not want to leave still though if nobody can go with me, I am not sure."

Jacob shook his head "Yeah doesn't seem to be anything else on here." He said clicking through the laptop.

"Well guess we'll be saying goodbye to you soon Unity once we get out there. I'll probably give you the bat before you go. God knows where Abbot got to but you should probably have some kind of defence."

He leaned back in the chair and wondered "Wonder if you'll see him again. If this place is in the Antarctic then it can't exactly be easy to leave, even once you get past those doors."

"I suppose I will use the device for the third and final time to check up on them. Hopefully, they are just taking their time on the puzzle. I did not sense much fear last time."

"Just a number ta me, Trix my man." Ben replied with a shrug. "Anythin' of note on that laptop?"

"Oh, an' honestly, I'd like an update on the others now, too." He added, addressing Unity and K-9. "Startin' ta get a little worried for Sette's safety. They was all stuck in a cage or somethin'? Sounds like a settin' just askin' to make use of the 'take people's SCs' rule."

Not looking up from the computer Jacob asked "Anything significant about that password to anyone? You know...just after Enia turned out to matter."

Jacob grinned "Right well this will probably open the door but let's see if there's anything else on this laptop that could help us." He said accessing the dooropen file and exploring the rest of the computer as well as he could.

There is an affirmative beep from the computer. It seems the password was accepted.

Jacob nodded to himself "When I first tried to access this it told me we had ten more attempts before this laptop is wiped. So it can't hurt to try this hexadecimal password right?"

He shrugged and tried 15727310 as the password.

EFFACE in hexadecimal is 15727310- at least according to the converter.

Jacob nodded "Sure we'll try that then." he said inputting the commands to the laptop

A lengthy loading bar appeared.

"Uh...just give it a minute."

"Pretty sure it means the password ain't directly 'EFFACE'." Ben said. "Hence, gotta convert it first or somethin'. We ain't used the number converter yet, an' the letters fit in exactly with hex, though like I said it could mebbe be any other higher base as well."

Jacob sighed as he began trying to run "EFFACE" through the conversion program "Could you tell us something about it with interpretative dance?" he muttered as he worked before spinning around in the chair.

"And what do you mean 'not in the way you think' Is the password EFFACE or not?" he demanded before looking at Unity and K-9 "Also an update on how the others are doing would be nice too".

"The password is EFFACE…but not in the way you think." Ben said solemnly.
