I'm reading The Memory of Light by Francisco X. Stork, I'm on page 187 out of 324.
The two emotions I picked in my book is anger and joy. Ivy is the main character and she has a lot of anger towards her father. She gets mad because he pushes her to act like she is okay with everything when she really isn't. She is anger at her new mother because she isn't there for her and gets into her business. Ivy also has a lot of times where she has joy. Ever since Ivy has made friends with the other kids from the hospital she has had a bunch joyful moments with them.

I'm reading the Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman and it has 320 pages and I stopped on page 35.
The two emotions that I believe are present in my book are anger and fear. The story begins with Jack, a man who murders out of a family except for the toddler upstairs. With Jack not knowing, the toddler climb out of the crib and explores. The toddler goes up the hill to a graveyard. The toddler freaks out because there is ghost watching him and the ghost walk up to him. I see anger in Jack. He goes, in the middle of the night, to mansion with no lights on while its raining. He doesn't not know this family but he still kills all of them. Fear is in the toddler, the toddler heard a scream come from downstairs. He woke up and saw Jack, he ran away from the house and went to the graveyard. The ghost frightens the toddler.

Im reading devils pocket by John Dixon. Im on page 51 out of 340 and I finished Plague by Michael Grant.
Two emotions in my book would be anger and fear. The characters are the best fighters in the world taking part in a hunger games like event. They base their strength off of their anger they get from their training. Also they feed off others fear. They know when their enemy is scared and the main characters take advantage of it. Their not bad people either, their just doing what they need to in order to survive.

Im reading Second Impact it has 278 pages and I stopped on page 125 today.

Fear plays an important part throughout the novel. The main character Jerry is sometimes hesitant to hold onto the ball, because he is afraid to get another concussion. Jerry must face his fears of injury if he wants to be efficient in the playoffs. Joy is also a major theme in the novel. Jerry and his teammates are very joyful whenever their team does good. Jerry is also very joyful when he realizes his concussion is only minor.

I am reading The Summer of No Regrets by Katherine Bond and stopped on page 104 of285. I have finished Blood Will Tell.

Gita is a strong-willed girl who is struggling to understand her feelings. Right now she is feeling mostly fear, as she has been lying a lot and is worried about getting caught. She was just attacked by a cougar right by her tree house. As the story continues, she finds orphaned cougar kittens; she choses to nurse them, even though she is fearful of them growing and and attacking her like their mother did. Gita is also feeling a lot of joy as she is making new friends and falling for Luke, a celebrity look alike. Her joy is being compounded with happiness as she finds that Luke understands her better than most of her friends and is willing to help her with the cougars kittens.

I finished reading Born Survivors today in class. I am currently reading The Zookeeper's Wife by Diane Ackerman. It has 323 pages and I stopped on page 39.
Antonina experiences joy on a daily basis. She loves her job working at the zoo and she is always excited to take care of baby animals. She looks forward to making her rounds every morning and loves seeing all the animals. Based on the description of this book, I don't think that the joy will last much longer. Antonina and her husband, Jan experience fear as well. As Hitler starts to take over they worry about what he is capable of and when he will stop. They fear what will happen to them and how their lives are going to be impacted.

I have recently finished Breather and Fade. I am currently reading Right of Way by Lauren Barnholdt. The book has 307 pages and I stopped on page 111.

In my book their are two main characters, Peyton and Jace. They have experienced a lot of different emotions in the book already. They both are sad for different reasons. Peyton is sad about her life at home that she wants to runaway. I am just getting to the part where I think she is finally going to say why she wants to runaway. Jace is sad because of how he ended things with Peyton and what happened between them. I haven't learned what he did but I hope I find out soon. Another emotion in my book is anger. Peyton is angry at Jace for ending things between them. Peyton still has feelings for Jace and she thought he had the same feelings for her.

I am reading The Year of Secret Assignments by Jaclyn Moriarty, I'm on page 163 out of 340.
At the start of the novel they all seem very joyful. Great friends, fun letters, and huge dreams, then slowly the mood changes. In the novel the girls are faced with sadness when they realize that Cassie has been getting played. The name her penal signs with is not his real one. The girls find her outside at the reservoir in the rain, hunched over. She said he didn't hurt her but that he wasn't nice to her. She had also been dealing with her father's death.

Insurgent is the book I'm reading. I stopped on page 486 of 525.

The main character experiences anger and fear the most through this book. She is angry at the people who are murdering people and controlling them to get their way. She is angry that the leader of the bad people is very selfish and cruel. She has a lot of fear because she almost was killed by the leader of the other side, and also she fears her own mistakes and choices. She was afraid to tell her best friend that she had killed one of their best friends, because he was under a simulation by the other side. She fears that today or tomorrow will be her last day. She also fears that her loved ones will die.

I finished the book The Cellar and it has 347 pages. There was a lot of emotion in this book. I would say the biggest one was fear because the girls who got kidnapped was so scared that they were going to die. This went on for years. I would also say anger because the "lily" the girl he kidnapped was so mad and disgusted by him that she tried escaping. "Lily" was also mad at the fact that she thought she would never see her family or her boyfriend again. Her boyfriend was angry also because all he wanted to do was find her and he didn't stop for 7 months. "lily" was scared because she witnessed 3 girls get killed right in front of her. That put fear in her for a long period of time.

I am reading Among the Betrayed, and I am on page 79 out of 160. I finished the book Among the Brave, and that was the 2nd book in this series.

I am going to write about Fear and Anger. Nina is being put in jail because she was betrayed by one of her friends. She is angry at her friend because he lied to the police and to her face. Nina is innocent, but her friend made her out to be guilty in hope to save his own life. She is also scared because she was blamed for betraying her country and is being threatened to be killed. The three kids that she is in jail with are also scared because they are going to be killed.

I am currently reading Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs. There are 348 pages, and I stopped on page 159.

In my book Fear and Sadness play a big part. Fear because all of the children and headmistress are afraid of "monsters." Jacob is also afraid of the truth, that his grandfather Abe was right. Also, sadness is another emotion in my book. Since Abe died, Jacob has become depressed, because he and his grandfather where close. And upon learning that Abe is dead, the children and headmistress are also sad. Because of the sadness, Jacob wants to know if the tales Abe told him where true. So he sets out to find the house of the children.

I'm currently reading Past Perfect by Leila Sales. I'm on page 226 of 306. Joy and Disgust are my emotions. Right now the main character just got caught making out with the enemy. Now all her friends and coworkers are mad at her. She is happy she doesn't have to hide it anymore but in disgust with her self because she is know getting the silent treatment from everyone except the boy she kissed. Her parents don't know because the feud is supposed to be kept secret from all adults. Only the teens are apart of the war. The war is between to reenactment lands across the street from each other. It is a rule to hate the worker there. She broke the rule so she gets silent treatment and had to resign in her post in the war.
