i am reading water for elephants by Sara Gruen , i am now on page 179 of 559.

F
R

F, Friends family , in this book he loses his parents and then he ends up finding out who true friends are , sort of then he ends up leaving friends , and making new ones on his adventure west.
R Respect, in this book he shows a lot of respect but also a lot of disrespect , he loses respect from some people and things but also gains respect for each person , he has my respect 100% on his way to find out a new life to live
I intelligents, in my words i would say he has a lot of intelligence, but at the same time i think he might of picked the wrong way to do something , that might of cost him his whole life to make something of himself , i believe he should of stayed in and finished school and did something in his major, but as of right now he's doing a good job out on his own , better then i ever would have.
D Death, in this book there is a lot of death and depression , with his parents death and then him being depresses about it theres a lot more going on that anyone could probably see , or the book is telling us but the main fact/changer in his life would be the death of his parents because if they never passed away he wouldn't have to live how he is right now.
A , A is for Attitude , i picked this word because attitude has a big play on his life , if he doesn't have the right attitude tords something then his dream to live for something different might not happen, and he has to have an positive look an attitude on everything to keep moving forward,
Y, Y is for Young because all of this story is at his young age years in his life trying to figure out how to spend the rest of his life rather it be wrong or rather it be right he's still at a young age and has to have a lot of responsibility.

I am reading Anne Frank The Diary of a Young Girl. I just started this book at the end of the period, and I ended on page 20. Anne feels like she doesn't have real FRIENDS who she can tell her secrets to. She feels like they only touch the surface, but they don't get to really know each other. The DIARY that Anne keeps is her friend. She can tell about her day, talk about what she thinks, and tell what she feels to the Diary, which is named Kitty. ANNE is a girl who loves to learn, speak her opinion, show her ideas, and write. She has a dad, mom, and a sister. In this book her family has to RUN because they are Jewish. If they don't run they would be caught and put into a concentration camp. I think IN is an important word in this book because they have to stay inside a building for a certain amount of time, and they aren't able to go outside or anything. YESTERDAY is another important word because yesterday they could be outside all night, go to movies, hang out with their friends in the same school, but the next day everything is taken away from them. They aren't able to do anything because they are Jewish.
