Julie - there is one used for sale on Amazon. And it is Pregnant Pause. I don't have a copy - otherwise I would send it to you! Good luck. I noticed the author is also a doula through DONA - maybe you can find her email on the website and contact her - if your class is too soon to order.

Mary,I am not sure if you can take a CBE workshop online, but I would recommend you take a workshop in person. Only way to really get the full benefit... here is the link to passion for birth&#A0;;you can go there and vew the workshop schedules. You can also host a workshop in your area... &#A0;&#A0; You can also go to&#A0;;&#A0;for the breastfeeding ino.... Hope this helps.. &#A0;What area are you in....

I am just wondering how to get certified to be a child birth educator? Are there any online courses? And how can you also become a "lactation specialist"? Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mary

Thanks for posting here! I loved Tried and True as well. Nothing comes to mind as a replacement. InJoy does have a nice Positions dvd. Penny Simkin has a great one on Comfort Measures but I use that more for private classes (homework to watch/review.) Maybe some others have ideas.....
I would also recommend calling INJoy and see what they suggest or if a new one is in the works?

Hi everyone!
I'm new here:) I am a Lamaze childbirth educator and I'm looking for some opinions on a video. Right now I use the video "tried and true" to review comfort measures. I love how it walks us through each stage and talks about support, reflections and you see mom's doing the comfort measures. (of course we do lots of hands on learning) BUT my issue is that the video is getting dated and that is distracting from the message. Any thoughts on a great comfort measures video that is comprehensive and doesn't look dated??
Thanks so much!

Thanks! I'll try it.
