Former USPS Insp. Thanks for the reply. This whole legal process is such a discusting bad joke. The carrot keeps getting dangled in front of us and then jerked away. It is so hard to keep a positive mindset when this has been dragging on for so long... with no closure.

@Been a while..., likely because lawyers realize the EEOC administrative process adjudications can and often is/are reversed/modified by a Federal District Court process. So until and if a Federal Judge/jury decide guilt the charges remain allegations. Even McConnel is still likely awaiting a OFO ruling on a damages appeal.

So this morning I am just looking for things to read or re-read to keep my mind busy and off the fact that I am so stinking broke and cant afford... well anything! ... anyway... The USPS class action update web page that is listed on the T&S NRP update page. (uspsclassactionclaims.com) It says on the home page 1st paragraph, "This website is intended for the sole use of claimants and their attorneys/representatives in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission class action involving the NRP and ALLEGATIONS of discrimination (Velva B, et al. v. Megan J. Brennan, Postmaster General,... " How come they still get to use the words "allegations of discrimination" ??? !!!

Pat, you started something! It was Salmon for me last night! On another note, I spoke to Ms. Jameel, She recorded my horror story of the NRP,with my permission and my anonymity. We both were crying by the end of the interview. She seems upright about this article getting out. These are the type of articles they publish, I've researched them and I see their stories everywhere some even on live news broadcasts. ProPublica strictly reports about the rights of the people. I hope Ms Jameel dont get overwhelmed by stories but she seem to be on point with it and hope to have something published soon as Rivkak pointed out.Im for anything positive to move forward. Rivkah The Democrat and Chronicle,a Rochester N.Y. newspaper, on 7/8/2016 did a piece on Sandra McConnell and Frank Loose. It is not long and I remember reading it years ago while I was cooking diner tonight. Strange what the smell of frying orange roughy helps you remember. It also helps you to remember to open your windows next time.

There was a reporter for a small local paper awhile ago, who wrote a few articles on the nrp. It was on 1 of the forums. I don't remember any of the details.

I look forward to reading her article. I signed up for Pro Publica articles by email. They seem to focus on injustice.

Thanks Rivkah. I was concerned were just another story assigned her. She seems to be the only one covering what is the largest class action in the government ever.

Now we talking for Ms Jameek to write her article to let people know whats going on and maybe just then it will get some steam that will put some fire under the post office butt that they don't want no one to know what laws was broken and how they treated the people.

The AJ said she reached out to the OFO and was waiting to hear from them. I just spoke to Ms. Jameel. She seems extremely compassionate and concerned for the well being of those that the po has treated so badly. She asked several great questions and listened to my story. She said she hopes to publish her article in late January. I am looking forward to reading it and will likely send it to my Congressman and Senator. Neither were in office at the time of the NRP. I'll probably contact my local news station and newspaper.

Linda I really dont know if deciding a case by use of a computer program could stand up to judicial scrutiny. What happens if the software has an error. I know that you can screen cases to separate them into classes with a program but to adjudicate them in the same way I dont think can be done.
