Cali, this is the second year in a row we have a nice green yard due to sufficient rain. Very little watering. It won't last. We just had 3.5 inches overnight.

82%, I don't ski and had to look up where Breckenridge is. Breckenridge is about 85 miles west of Denver and Steamboat is almost double that distance at over 150 miles northwest of Denver. Steamboat used to let the motorcycle race club race on their city streets around a small hill (I was there once), and it was a blast. But eventually new residential construction drove the club out, but for fun that place was great! I tried caviar up there (never again - yuck) and that is one small memory besides the racing I have of Steamboat. I am pretty sure Wyoming and Montana (Hersbird) received snow this weekend too. Some are afraid of some flooding in Colorado from melting snow because of the volume of snow this year. Our beautiful grass (usually struggling right about now from heat) is loaded with mushrooms, so we have shut off our sprinklers since last Weds.

We came down Thurs. to Pueblo's motorsports track. Due to traffic, what should have been a 3 hour trip was at least 4.5 hours. Friday was interesting because it was a beautiful and warm day up until the afternoon when some horrific wind came and delayed and ultimately ruined some drag racing and car show group sharing the pit space here. Did you hear about the 2 ft. of snow up in Steamboat Springs CO around the first official day of summer? Now Sat. afternoon motorcycle races were cancelled due to heavy rain and thunderstorms. Weather dominates your life here way too much. Unable to post a photo.

/m30735 BB, I wasn't talking about you. I just can't stand what goes on in the political forum. It is like talking to idiots.

I didn't do any 'name calling'. That is how he is known. He chose the Handle himself.

/m30726 Cali, we are finally getting rain after a very dry May. Since I don't have to carry mail I like the rain. A black lady moved in next door to me and guys from the softball team moved her in. I think it's cool that they help people move after their games. She used one of those Pods and they hold a lot of stuff.

/m30733 Cali, It would be best if they stayed on the foul name calling forum called politics.

No one has give your your full frontal assault and calling you a racist because you said the DR is all black.

Well that didn't happen. Maybe you should reevaluate your thought process. By the way it is normally the left that screams racism.

/m30725 That's who lives there. Since the DR is all Black, I was anticipating a Full-Frontal assault (excuse the term) from the Goobers, accusing me of Racism.

/m30724 That's not exactly what I said, but I was 50% sure you'd jump on it. Since you did: It is Incontrovertible, that Americans traveling abroad experienced a LOT of friction from foreign nationals, who vented their spleens as soon as the Americans de-planed. There were no Polls nor Percentages of exactly "how much", but you'd have had to be blind, deaf & dumb NOT to know about it. In some countries, it was worse than an Earful. In Russia for instance, an American was likely to be physically attacked, at that time. Stories abounded, of American travelers being Slugged, in the airport.

So yes...I blame Bush.
