horns, I don't know much about the situation in Afghanistan, I've seen claims that outside of Kabul all is chaos, but I don't know. According to http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/artic...7949-2003Feb20.html the US is still fighting Taliban and al Qaeda forces in Afghanistan. I don't know how much rebuilding is happening yet, not that the country was in great shape when the US went in.
