I've never seen mine in IE (5.5 or 6), despite removing cookies and cache, playing with URLs, etc. But it comes up in Mozilla 95% of the time. And when it doesn't, clearing my Amazon cookies and going back to www.amazon.com (sans session ID) usually retrieves it. That said, I've yet to see something compelling in it (although I've heard others brag about some good deals).
