Didn't the issue in Israel cause someone to blow up last year?

Apparently the bomb was set to detonate based on one DST, while the bomber's watch was set to another, causing the bomb to detonate 1 hour earlier than he expected, killing him as he was pulling out of his driveway...

Darwin award story or is it the truth? Dunno.
