I would guess that price is by the pint, $10/pint. Which is an awful lot for supermarket ice cream, but seems plausible for a novelty item.

According to the site, they'll send four 1-quart containers via 2-day FedEx, packed in dry ice, for $76.
They don't appear to offer any other way to buy it.
