You wrote two novels with it?

1. What are you using now?
2. Was word wrap, etc. sufficient?
Tnx.

ummmm...... sorry, but 'vi' is the best text editor ever.

In fact, vi is the best program of any kind, ever. And always will be.

[Shan, ed is the standard text editor!]

Can anyone explain the difference between BBEdit and Pepper? I've been using Pepper for a while but on Cory's recommendations took a look at BBEdit. The only difference I see is that BBEdit costs a ton of money.

The biggest difference I can attest to (not being a user of Pepper, and being fanatical about BBEdit) is that Pepper is no longer in development. See Daring Fireball for more details straight from Pepper's creator himself.

I'm still using BBEdit to write my novels and word wrap's trivial -- I usually set my window to wrap at window-width, but sometimes at some other arbitrary width.

Someday you'll have to create a "tools" page for all the weird stuff you've cobbled together for writing and blogging. Thanks.
