A lot of NYC is vertical. I wonder how saturated it really is in 3-D.

Ah, proud to be one of those red dots in the 140s. I keep expecting to find my building warchalked, but I guess the drug dealers on B'way haven't discovered WiFi yet.

With the glaring (though not total!) exception of Harlem, anyway.
This comes just in time; last night my girlfriend, going stir-crazy from telecommuting, was discussing options (we live in Washington Heights, not coated in red but certainly showing options).
Where's the source material? I've never actually done wireless; how do you find an access point if you haven't noticed any warchalk?
