so if hundreds or thousands of people make up an "avatar" say with the name "Enron" and then when that avatar screws up and claims rights then how're we supposed to proceed against it? Maybe this isn't the same issue as a Tom Paine patriot "avatar" but I think it's close. It's just that recourse against avatars is pretty negligible and thus "there's no skin in the game" for the avatar vandal.
