 What is Total Information Awareness?

I was under the impression only God knew everything.

I'm impressed they actually had the nerve to call it that.

What ever happened to the seperation of church and state?

 That would be reassuring if the Justice Department's definition of "innocent people" weren't so darn flexible these days.

I wonder if "Discovery Tools" include things like scrotal electrodes and cages full of hungry rats.

 Ya know, now that I see it all down nice and neat in Powerpoint clip art, It really does seem like no innocent people will ever have their life ruined by it, right?

 Aaaaah. The dotted red line indicating "Privacy and Security" makes me feel safe. That's all the reassurance I need that my data won't be used in terrible ways.
