As a mac user, I cn't say I'm too impressed. First off, it's a PS/2 mouse. Yes, I might be able to use a PS/2 to USB bridge, but I'm afraid that the interesting extensions (change channel, volume control) to the PS/2 protocol won't be supported by such a bridge.
The FAQs reveal that the digital sound is produced by (wait for it) plugging the 1/8" jack into a sound input jack on a sound card, and digitizing it.
Now, a USB device that combined HID and USB audio pages might be interesting, but I have never been impressed by the durability of mice. If it's optical mechanical instead of optical, that would be a further annoyance.
I'd rather get an inexpensive USB tuner and an inepensive USB optical mouse.
