This is, unfortunately, due to a bug in Mac OS X 10.1.3 and 10.1.4. You'll have to take my word for it, given that the bug does not affect most other applications, but then again, BBEdit isn't like most other applications. :-)
If Apple hasn't fixed the bug by the time we release our next BBEdit update, we plan to work around the bug.

I'm having a minor problem with BBEdit: command key shortcuts no longer work in BBEdit dialog boxes. Where once Cmd-D took me to the desktop and Return or Enter fired off the default button now nothing happens. I have no idea what I've done to cause this and I'm hoping someone out there might have some ideas... anyone? If you do, please email me - its frustrating as hell to have to use the trackpad again.
