The Tampa Tribune is at http://www.tampatrib.com/ - I couldn't find anything on their front page about it, but they don't have a good search algorithm and I don't have time to go hunting. But I think you should confirm things like this before passing on memes like this one. Even if it is real, find out more about it. Good rule of thumb: if you read about a court proceeding that's totally outrageous, chances are there's something you're not being told.
