oops... should've subscribed to this; I plumb forgot.

Le Guin. But they didn't know each other then.

8/10. Like TNH I had no clue about Hoffman and should've known about Hollywood...

Just saw "Minority Report" and, as it happens, biked past the Lucky Dog Pet Shop.

Here's some Dick trivia: what other sf writer was a contemporary of his at Berkeley High School?

10 out of 10. Of course, I'd reread Lawrence Sutin's DIVINE INVASIONS a couple of months ago, so most of this is still fresh in my cranial cavity.

Eight out of ten. I should have known he'd say that about Hollywood. But Dustin Hoffman? Oh well.

If you want arcane trivia, who was used as the model for the cover painting of the US edition of Confessions of a Crap Artist?

I actually guessed the Blade Runner. So I guess I got 10 out of dumb luck... also, I could verily imagine Dustin Hoffman as a Dick character.

(the obscure French film one)

Its not that obsucre if you know the title of the book. :-)

I actually thought it was a pretty easy question. they should have reversed the logic and give a few book titles and asked which one had been made into a French film.

That would have been a bugger to asnwer.

Got 8. Missed questions 5 and 6. Number 6 is really a question about Bladerunner as TimmyT points out.

Ditto on the Hollywood question. I also missed the middle name. I did have to guess a couple times, though =)

9 out of 10. I had no idea who Harrison Ford's alternate was. An unfair question, it's not about Dick.

I got 8 out of 10, but only because I screwed up on question 1, which I actually did know. I also missed 6, which is a movie trivia question, not a Dick question.

Eight of ten.

I got #8 (the obscure French film one) and #10 (what
does the K stand for) wrong.
