i don't know if this is something to be proud of, but i believe this is actually based on the work of a belgian comic-writer, named jeroom.

there is a whole series, titman, assman & penisman each with the respective anatomical exaggerations.

assman (reetman in dutch) achieved cult-fame in Belgium last year.

it's A kind of absurd humour. pretty damn funny, if you ask me. and not very exportable, i fear.
