I don't find myself nearly as impressed by this app. Just about all of the functionality of the available widgets can be had elswhere and for free. I prefer my Airport signal strength monitor smaller and in the menu bar where I have it (gets set in System Preferences/Network/Airport), the same goes for the battery power indicator. Apple also has a clock app that puts a small clock face on your desktop, it can be analog or digital though I prefer it on the menu bar which is standard. The weather panel is nice but I've got a better, more informative weather indicator (5+ day forecast, etc.,) from Meteorologist which puts it in the menu bar (yeah, the menu bar's getting pretty full) and is free to boot. I don't really understand the Picture panel, what's the point? But the iTunes control is handy. And the Calender panel is nice and not so bulky as iCal when all I want to do is check a date. Finally, the Stocks panel is nice if you're into that and saves one having to open up Sherlock to check one's stocks but it should indicate the refresh rate somewhere, it'd be nice if changing the refresh rate were an option in the preferences.
All in all, not a bad start but nothing too exciting. I await third party widgets to make this app much more useful.
