I'd like someone who still uses Extreme Tracking to tell me if they've had any occasion to send email to that company lately, and if they responded.

I always liked their presentation best of any of the free webstat services, but a while ago their service mysteriously stopped working for us and we were unable to ever raise an answer from them.
