 If you backscroll through the comments page you'll come across
this page and if scroll down past the wetware pictures you'll find a great synopsis of an interesting discussion they had that night about how Internet radio might work. It seems incredibly reasonable.

The other cool thing about Radio Paradise is that the actual servers are away from the control location. The RP music programmer can be anywhere in the world with a laptop and control the server stream remotely through p[laylists. Check out the Costa Rica trip for proof. Paradise indeed.
