Interesting that you have Bruce Sterling writing about paper vs pixels; one of my favourite books is his "The Hacker Crackdown", freely released over the internet back in the dark ages - 1994 I think.

Sterling has written on typewriter, and he's written freely available electronic copy - I think that when his work, like "Schismatrix" is also taken into account he's not the luddite you might have assumed from the post...

Ya know, it's clever to have a book published, it's wicked to have a dude like Bruce Sterling write you're intro, and it's wicked-clever to plug your book with an associates referral going back to your account. God damn! :) hee hee
