At one of the Dive-Bar (subgroup of Cacophony) outings at the Gold Saloon near Union Square I ran into Frank when I stepped outside. It was my first time meeting him so I invited him in to buy him a beer, only to find out that our host Chuck the Bartender had just gotten out of court that afternoon for a case where Frank was suing Chuck for refusing to serve him beer.Judge threw the case out, and Chuck being the gracious host he is, explained the situation discreetly to me and then agreed to allow Frank to stay since I invited him in. Everythings ended up being cool, and Frank is quite an interesting (if not very comprehensible) conversationalist.

We've actually had quite a few interacation with Frank. The Cacophony Society gave him a new pair of loafers (his previous shoes were 4 sizes too big which attributed to his horrible limp) and a certificate of appreciation in the name of Emperor Norton I.

We also brought him into a friend's music studio for a 1.5 hour interview on a variety of topics. His discussions of the 6-million-dollar man and Van Halen (he likes the hard rock and soul) are facinating. It has been edited to 35 minutes and we hope to release it.

We also have taken him home to Oakland. He live at 5th and Jackson. All the streets around where he lives has president names which might have inspired his impeachment on presidents long dead.
