maxtor's usb/firewire drives run on the same type of interface. mine recently DIED and i've been waiting a month for a replacement.

Freakin' brilliant, although I've actually seen full enclosures that are cheaper by $30. I couldn't tell from the site if these work on CD/CD-RW/DVD drives...?
