Um, why would RIAA be stupid enough to launch attacks from their block of IPs. We already know that they use third parties under contract to seed P2P networks with garbage data, and hunt copyright violators.

My educated guess is that Berman Bill hacking will be done in the same fashion as spammers: from a large number of rapidly changing IP addresses.

One must wonder if the RIAA is conversing with spamhausen to learn from them...
