Yeah, encouraging news for residents of Toledo Ohio and the like.

Come to NYC and ride the crowded subway twice a day with me during a "high alert" and you'll understand why there is something to fear.

Resolve to disarm Saddam should not be diminished. He has spent all that time and money stockpiling them for a reason. I mean, he's not using VX nerve gas for hunting.

Yes, to scare people into doing what he wants. WOMD don't have to "work", they just have to scare people. Kind of like the "bigger idiot" theory of investing.
