Forget the damned blog, dump the email (if anyone really wants you, they'll call the office, write a letter, tell a friend), turn off the phone. The spirit of sitting shiva is to be lovingly selfish--take care of your family and yourself right now.

Yeah, screw the blog, Cory...it's really incredibly nice of you that you'd even be stressing at ALL over your readers, but it sure isn't necessary, I think we'd all agree. My condolences to you and your family. Had a close call recently with my dad and I sure hate to hear of anyone having to deal with a loss like that. Take care.
