I think that if their going to be like this about potential drug use they should just spend the money to have a watcher at these 'official olympic games' and to watch these 'athletes' for typical drug related behavior. I personally think a doped out grandma would make the game just a little more intresting to watch. People would actually tune in to watch these incoherient people try to think, I know it would catch my attention!!!

Table Hockey? POCKET POOL!!!

err, nevermind.

My real question: for a bridge-player, what constitutes a "performance-enhancing" drug? Increases your telephathy with partner? Xray vision to see through the deck????

An Icelander. It figures. Both for the drug taking and the refusal to submit to an unjust authority. Table Hockey should be in the Olympics way before bridge.

Well, can't have all them steroids giving him an unfair advantage in the bidding. Sounds like the germ of a new "reality" show for Fox TV.

God, I love mindless piety, so I figure I'm really lucky to be alive in these special times.

Bridge? An Olympic sport? Whatever happened to the Olympics being about physical excellence?

Oh, wait. This is the age of political correctness.

If this passes, I am never watching the Olympics again.

Again, Im gald - bravo. it just pisses me off to go to these cut-throat bridge games, and going up against these doped up chemical freaks. Its like, hey, I wanna play some cards with some button down adults, not some slobbering club-kids. You cant even cut the deck without some pacifier sucking candy raver waving glowsticks in your face! geez.

This is real blow. Bridge is one of my favorite sports. The IOC's preoccupation with drugs just undermines the spirit of higher, faster, farther.
