When are they going to learn/admit this? My music purchases went through the roof once I was able to preview tracks online. No way am I gonna pay $15 to $18 for an album by a band I've never heard, and how else would I get exposed to eclectic acts than through MP3s? (Not like I spend that much anyway, since I start my searches at gemm.com, heh.)

What's the deal with the WebEx-based interview? Galeon doesn't like it (and I'm assuming Linux-Mozilla). Is there a transcript of the interview hidden behind the 40+ links on the "Link"'d page?

I've never brought that many CDs as it is. If downloading music ever did anything to me to harm or help the music industry, it'd help. Before I started D/Ling I might've brought 3 CDs a year. Now that I can download one or two tracks to see how the band is before I buy a CD I buy more like 5-10 a year. I couldn't get to the article... but I do think that if anything d/ling music would help sales.
