Erm... Obviously there is much more involved here (social issues, gender issues, sexuality issues)... but I must say: they wouldn't have to throw up if they ate properly. A healthy diet and lifestyle will give you that "dream body" (whatever one's idea of the "dream body" is). Enough with the "I want my cake and eat it too.. and then puke it up... so I can have my cake..." Work for what you want.
