I kinda miss dumpster diving. I used to go every weekend, but tapered off when my house filled up with junk. Now I've gotten rid of most of the junk, time to start again.

Mmm... there's nothing like dumster diving at the end of the semester at CMU. You can find all sorts of stuff.

Ah, CMU. I got my first Mac from there when a department upgraded and the old ones were unworthy of grad student TAs and postdocs. When I worked there, I built my own computer lab with discarded PCs, Sun workstations, cabling and tape drives.

These days I wouldn't know how to sort the good stuff from the useless junk.

This computer came out of the trash I know the trash days in the parts of town and get good stuff all the time got a 26" tv this morning and a good radio dont need more i have 7 now but it was there .
