Reminds me of a sign I saw on a store in Kitsilano a while ago that said NO DOGS OR PETS.

I assumed it was intended for people and literate stray canines.

Musashi (/m2) Don't give up hope for Newark. NYC Parks Dept
uses "Don't even think of parking here" signs, and humorous
dog owner Daniel Pinkwater lives nearby, in Hoboken.

I think it was issue #37 of Dog Guaradians where Rowlf-X (the one with the deathray collar) was killed saving The Pound from the evil minions of Attac-Cat.

It's a collector's edition.

"Dog Guardians" sounds like a council of super-powered humane society agents.

It's all thanks to one man. Cameron Stewart, whose offical title is "District Signmaker", has been doing this for four years.

blurbs on him:

Man, this is why I want to move to Canada...you'd never see that sign here in Newark, NJ.

Great sign. Looks like the Deep Cove area of North Vancouver. Lived there for a few years and this makes me very nostalgic.
