I think that Glenn is right on about an improved version of iCal, which is really little more than a proof of concept right now, as well as a new version of iSync with even better Bluetooth support in OS X by the end of Macworld Expo. I won't even hazard a guess about what new hardware is on the horizon though. One thing I would be surprised to see is a new PowerBook update at the Expo, since the TiBook was updated such a short time ago...
