Ah, analog TiVo. I think you guys are currently a software rev ahead of us DirecTiVo users. Which means I should probably prepare for this feature to move to Enter the next time they upgrade my box. It's been in there for a while, though.

It works on recorded items and items displayed in Pick Items to Record (incl. Tivo Suggestions, etc.)

Nope, it's the Enter key on my Philips analog TiVo.

As far as I can tell, Cory means the DISPLAY key, not the ENTER key. That's the button that displays detailed program information.

It works as a jump key when you do it on live programming, but if you click on an item recorded, look at the description, and then click the enter key, all the info Cory talks about shows up.

What tivo do you have this working on?
On multi-tuner tivo the 'enter' button is the 'enter/jump' button. This will either 'jump' between current plays on the tuner or it will elect the program to be recorded depending on if the details page your looking at is already being recorded and the current working context of the menu tree.
