I don't buy this guy's premise for a second. Although there certainly is some good writing on the Web it's mostly a sewer of incompetence. Subliterates make the same mistakes over and over again. Seeing the mistakes of other subliterates reinforces their belief that they are correct. It's a vicious cycle.
