I am having problems with Internet Explorer. It only lets me open one window at a time. Can this be fixed or changed?

In MS Word 2002, in order to make a file "read only" or password protected you need to choose the "tools" menu then "options." I did this for one document a couple of weeks ago. Today I couldn't do it - '"options" was not available. Was I doing something wrong or has this been disabled by the system administrator?

How do you rename a folder using GA Explorer? It is possible to rename a file, but I have not been able to rename a folder. Many teachers and students are making mistakes with folder names and need to rename them.
