How do I find companies in the Northern Virginia area who are actively pursuing telework opportunities for their business?

Hello.
I am working as a producer in multimedia, an specially interrested in environmental policy, and non pollution soultions in different forms of communications.
I find telecommuting as a good tool for business meetings and industrial meetings to save the environment.

I have started Renewable energy, a site for bort small business and also ressource center for knowledge about sutainable/renewable energy.

Your network in NEPI is extremely important.
Specially with the energy policy of Bush administartion, it is very interresting to se how the environmental democratizing project moves on.

Please keep me informed in developing of eCommute, and if I can be a contact for you in Norway, please let me know.

Best regards Anders Loberg

Taryn,
I noticed that you are sending someone a list of Telework oppurtunities in DC. Would you also have a current list of those companies in Colorado (Denver) that are letting employees work from home on a full time basis?

Chuck - Currently people participating in eCommute are not working at home on a full time basis, they are telcommuting a couple days per week. Please email me at tholowka@nepi.org since I do not have your contact information.

I am producing a documentary called: "Commuting into the Future: what are the options?" I have received a letter of intent (to broadcast) from New Jersey Network (PBS), I need to raise $150,000 to finish the production. The program seeks to get at the heart of why telework and telecommuting are not being embraced by more individuals and businesses in light of all of the benefits. Does anyone know of any grants for educational television programs that could raise awareness about telework? If you do, could you please email me at: mlschiavi@att.net

Has anyone run into problems with Home Owners Associations not allowing them to use their homes for professional purposes?

My deed restrictions read "...and no lot shall be used for business or professional purposes of any kind, nor for any commercial or manufacuring purposes."

Is there anyone out there that can help me convince my HOA that this is an out of date resriction.
