Hey! This is David Cater from Rooke. Whoa! We have a message board! I had no idea.
We haven't been gigging a lot lately...most of us have families and tons of stuff going on. But we are still playing some. We just played the other night in East Point and had a great time.
I'll try to make sure we post gig announcements on here in the future. :-)

Quick note to say hi. You have no idea who I am, but a friend of mine introduced me to Dudgeon Gouts quite a long time ago. I wore out my cassette. (I have it on CD now...) I saw you a few times at Under the Couch when I was at Tech; my then-boyfriend bought me all your (available) recordings that I didn't already have for my birthday one year (we're coming up on our 5th wedding anniversary). I've enjoyed all your work, though it looks like I've missed a few releases since we left Atlanta.
I was sitting here listening to my absolute favorite (I'm strange, it's "Meet when I'm Asleep," followed by "Caught" and "Whose Fault") and was wondering how things were going and if you were still together and recording. Found your message board, and here I am.

A new CD! "I'm skeeeeered!" Greetings from New Joisey. I still play your albums and think of you all...well, Steve and Dave mostly, since I didn't know the rest of youse all that well. Yeah, I live in Joisey now so I can say "youse" instead of "y'all." Life is complicated--swing by http://happypete.livejournal.com and/or https://www.painless-computing.com/peteandpam to catch up.
