I'm a devoted user of Quick Topic as well as NOF, so I was tickled to see that you've discovered QT.

I know the developer, and I greatly admire how hard he has worked to ensure QT's simplicity even as he's made it increasingly powerful. (Have you tried QT Document Review yet? Very kewl.)

He can make you a private-label version of QT, too. If it's okay with you (you're the Admin!), I'll invite him to this Topic - or you can - and discuss how it's done right here.

I use QT often as a business-building tool. My clients love the Document Review feature, and I enjoy how simple QT makes everything from scheduling a multi-person meeting to sharing thoughts about the latest change in the client's e-business plan.

Heh - it's only Marcia B at the moment because several eons ago I screwed up my Marcia Blake QT registration - and that's hard to do when it's as simple as it is! One of these daze I'll remember to fix it.

QT developer Steve Yost will join us here shortly. He's off eating dinner with his family, the lucky dawg, while driven, dedicated folk like you and me (and I'm not always sure about you ;-) just keep slavin' away....

Back to the Real topic here: Other effective things I've done to build my business include some really low-tech options, like joining the local Chamber of Commerce and offering bits of free "Web help" via a local Internet association.

The human network is still one of the best business-builders around, IMO!

I don't want to derail this topic, so let's go here to talk about Quick Topic.
