Hi Jay,

India has be a economical resource for outsourcing projects after the so called 'right sizing' of IT industry in the West. Elearning is yet to catch up.

I am looking out for eLearning /Content Development Projects. If anyoune wants to outsource, you can contact me. I am getting my profile up on a website(name yet to be disclosed). Personally I have experies in Instructional Design and worked for clients such as HP Singapore, Ministry of Defence Singapore, Schlumberger Indoneasia, etc.,

Presently employed in a private firm, I am looking out for Business opportunities.

Apology if this is not the right place to post the message.

Regards
Babu

Re: What happened to the eLearning stock ticker?

Answer: Blogdex, the outfit that offered the web-based spreadsheet behind the stock ticker, bit the dust in 2001. Bryan Chapman is trying to keep the spirit alive but it requires manually posting the stats every morning. And of course, it's no longer dynamic.

The new URL is http://home.earthlink.net/~bchapmanutah/stock.htm

Could you add a new definition in your glossary? I have been looking for a definition of the term Megasite, and can not locate one.

The mindmap shows up in two pieces if your screen resolution is less than 800 pixels wide. This works for 90% of our visitors. I'll put an explanatory note on the site.

The link to Sveiby has been updated. Link-rot is a pain in the neck but at this point in the web's evolution I guess we've got to live with it. And do manual fixes.

Jay, The mindman map on the home page appeared in two pieces, the left half stacked on top of the right half with "HO" on top and "ME" on the bottom -- is that supposed to happen?

Jay your page is great, but the links in this paragraph "Karl Erik Sveiby gives a handy 30-slide presentation on his take on KM. It's a play within a play, having been created in a collaborative presentation-building framework. Sveiby has an impressive" are both wrong as knowledgecreators.com was lost due to a NetSol mixup.
The tutorial has been moved to www.sveibytoolkit.com which is now subscription-based. However, the link to the Library is still correct. Thank you for a most informative page.

Okay. I just corrected the typo that broke the link to eLearning Forum. It's back in business now.

Sanjeev, you're on the mailing list now. There's a sign-up box at the bottom of most pages in Internet Time. Obviously, I need to make it more clear.

Hank, the luncheon where competency management came up was a private affair. No documentation. If you know of any worthy alternative viewpoints on the net, please let me know.

Vendors: I only point to stuff I can recommend or otherwise find interesting. That means that sometimes it will be months until I get that far down my list of priorities. Be sure I know what sets you apart and then please be patient.
