JUST GONE /m30577 It's nice to hear you had a nice career. It's nice to hear management never gave you a hard time. You are lucky. Unfortunately, not everybody is able to work(ed) in an environment such as the one you had. In my office, you WOULD have gotten a hard time. Numerous times. Even if you did your job. Nobody is immune from it. Just doing your route here is not enough. You are pushed until it becomes confrontational. Let me explain....two examples for you. 1. Mail is very heavy, so you "pick up the pace". You probably got out a little late, so you went faster and finished on time. Management is going to question why it only took you 5.5 hours on the street with HEAVY mail, and normally its taking you 6 hours.....

Second scenario...You do your route in 8. Management gives you a 30 minute pivot.(to clarify, a pivot is extra work on another route because you alledgedly have downtime on your own) You do the route and pivot in 8. Next management gives you a 30 minute pivot, plus your route, plus they tell you that they need you to help set up another route in the office....you do that, now you get 1 hour pivot.....this continues until you cannot possibly give anymore....and now you are a bad worker and the confrontations start. There is no escaping it here
