frustrated
/m30605 You're so frustrated, you can't even comprehend the English language. Notice in
/m30584 that I said (regardless of what company you worked for). I wasn't just talking about those who worked for the P.O. back then. I was talking about anywhere. Any company. And you're still missing the whole point of excessing. Just like it states in Article 12, "Viewed from a broad perspective, the excessing provisions of Article 12 are intended to protect career postal employees by providing a mechanism for reducing the number of career employees faster than is possible through normal attrition." And just because another carrier gets excessed to your office, and takes over the route that you have been opting on for over two years, look at this carrier who had to uproot from wherever they came from. Relocating, etc.. And you still get to go home to your same house, that you didn't have to move from, because you still work in the same office.
