To Curious and Postal: The carrier made regular at the beginning of the last pay period at the previous station, and was immediately excessed to our city/station. The carrier was never a clerk, and the route now assigned is a full eight hour route. It was a buddy deal, somehow manipulated with the union. Oh, and the subj carrier is the union secretary.
