Are there any real rules (lol) for excessing or is it just deals? We have been told that someone will be moved to our office now (and this person wants to because we only have one regular spot.so they will move to the top instead of jr. at there office) that office will be short people(they are on ot now) and our office will be cut...makes alot of sense..
and Does anyone have advice about filing an eeo for a ptf who has been there for 17 years and should be next in line for regular. Is it worth it?
When all the ptf's in larger offices were made regulars...we didnt even know about it? doesnt seem fair...I would apprieciate concerned input
